Profile

Open your profile from the menu under your avatar (top right corner) → Profile.

The profile shows your email, Organization (a link to the organization page, for users assigned to the whole organization), Time zone, Language and Theme.

You cannot change your password in the profile. Your organization's administrator sets a new one (see Users).

Turning on two-step verification

1. In the Security section, next to Two-step verification, click Turn on.
2. Choose the Method:

   • Authenticator app (recommended): works offline;
   • E-mail code: a code arrives at every sign-in.
3. Enter your Current password and click Next.
4. For the app: scan the QR code. If you cannot, use Copy key and enter the key in the app by hand, or Open in an app on this device. Type the Code from the app. For e-mail: type the Code from the e-mail (valid for 10 minutes).
5. Click Turn on. If the code is not accepted, enter a new one or click Start over.

Change method switches between the app and e-mail. Turn off turns two-step verification off after you enter your password. If your organization requires two-step sign-in, it cannot be turned off; you can only change the method.
