Network
The structure in VDMSync: organization → client → location → agent → vending machines.
Organization
Open your organization's page from your Profile: click the Organization row. The page shows contact details, address, Agent limit, a map of locations and tabs with clients and agents.
The Edit button lets you change the name, VAT number, contact, address, timezone and the Require two-step sign-in from every user switch. Only the VDMSync operator changes the domain, status and agent limit.
Requires permission: Account → Edit. If you do not see the Edit button, ask your administrator.
Clients
The list of clients in the scope, with search by name. Click a client to see its details, map and the Locations and Agents tabs.
- Add client: name, VAT number, email, phone, address, timezone, status.
- Edit and Delete are in the row menu (three dots) and on the client page.
- A client that has locations cannot be deleted. Deleting cannot be undone.
Requires permission: Clients → Add / Edit / Delete. Only users assigned to the whole organization can change clients.
Locations
The list of locations with a map. Click a pin to preview the location.
- Add location: client, name, address, timezone. The map pin is derived from the address automatically.
- A location that has agents cannot be deleted.
- Under the map you see how many locations have no coordinates. Save their address to place them on the map.
Requires permission: Locations → Add / Edit / Delete. Only for users assigned to the whole organization.
Vending machines
The Vending machines screen lists the machines (physical devices) in the scope with the agent that drives them, its health and last sync. The screen is view-only.
