Finding your way around

The menu on the left has groups:

OperationsWithdrawals, Stock, Stock forecast, Delivery plan, Withdrawal limits, Stock alerts, SupplyPoint allowances, SupplyPoint restrictions
CatalogItems, Item groups, Employees, Employee groups

  • You see only the screens you have access to. A missing menu item usually means a missing permission.
  • Click a group name to collapse or expand it.
  • Collapse sidebar at the bottom leaves only the icons. Expand sidebar brings the names back.
  • The bottom of the menu also shows the system version (useful when you report a problem).

Scope

The scope decides whose data you see. Every list, report and dashboard follows the current scope.

  1. Click the path on the top bar (for example All accounts or your organization's name).
  2. Pick in the columns, in order: Account, Client, Location, Agent. Filter… narrows a list. All means the whole level.
  3. Click Apply scope (or Cancel).

If you are assigned to a client or a location, the higher levels are fixed. On a client or location page, Set as scope sets the scope in one click.

Notifications

The Notifications screen is in the mobile version (see Notifications).

Mobile version

On a phone the console switches to the mobile version by itself:

  • open the menu with the icon in the top left corner; it holds Dashboard, Agents, Notifications, Profile and the More screens;
  • change the scope with the Scope button at the top of the screen (down to the location level);
  • the dashboard, the agent list and notifications refresh every 30 seconds;
  • the other screens look like the desktop version.

Open the full version with Desktop version in the menu or Open desktop version in the profile. To go back, use the Mobile version button in the bottom left corner.
