SupplyPoint allowances

An allowance is a limit stored in SupplyPoint itself: how much an employee or a group may take in a period. SupplyPoint enforces it on every machine of the agent, even without a connection to the console. A group allowance applies to every member separately.

  1. Click Add allowance (or click an existing allowance to edit it).
  2. Choose the Agent.
  3. Who: Employee (number) or User group.
  4. What: Item (number) or Item group.
  5. Limit: Quantity, Per and Unit (minute, hour, day, week).
  6. Save. The list shows the change after the next synchronization.

Requires permission: Rationing & restrictions → Add & edit / Delete.

SupplyPoint restrictions

A restriction says which items an employee or group may take. An employee covered by restrictions may take only the listed items. Rules of the employee, their groups and everyone add up.

  • Add restriction: agent, who (employee, group or everyone) and what they may take (item, group, subgroup or all items).
  • Restrictions are not edited. To change one, delete it and add a new one.

Requires permission: Rationing & restrictions → Add & edit / Delete.
